Enterprise Rent-A-Car

You can't beat the prices through Costco travel. Literally half the rate of other companies. We were serviced quickly during the Christmas rush. The rep was professional even though it was busy. We got a mini van and the vehicle was just ok. It could have been cleaned better l, but it got us where we were going. FYI the third seat in the Chrysler town and country is torture and not meant for anyone to sit in for a long time. I wouldn't recommend it for adult passengers. I liked this particular location and would rent from them again.

Rented a vehicle that wasn't properly maintenanced and serviced. It required an oil 🛢 change, and I paid for it. What I got for my 84.20 was a double upgrade on my next rental. I am out 84.20. I don't need a double upgrade. I need my money 💰 I gave it a 3 star because I actually like the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. However, I won't be renting from them anymore. Public trust is everything.

Booking my rental and pick up was very smooth and communication was great. When I arrived to the store the customer service was superb. The person who processed my rental went over agreements and had me inspect the car for damages with her before signing and leaving. I pointed to the windshield (I did not walk up to it) and said what about that. I was told it was fine. I saw a vertical crack on the passenger side and a horizontal crack on the driver's side. I was surprised it wasn't an issue but trusted the professional who had been trained. When I got into the car to leave I saw there was also a star in the middle of the windshield. Given the other two damages I assumed it was fine. When I returned the vehicle the employees were professional. After the employee inspected the car the windshield was brought up. I explained it was already there. I asked if they could pull up a camera and would they be able to tell. I was told no. The employee who was there when I checked out the vehicle said the damages were not there before. I understand the employee had a policy and procedure to follow. He wrote a statement saying that the star was already existing when I picked it up and then it ran. I told him I wasn't going to sign because that's not what happened. Then I verbally gave my statement again. The employee seemed a little annoyed but he was not rude and remained professional. I was emailed a receipt with the statement about the star already existing and running after I picked it up. My statement was not included. I would recommend taking pictures of everything before you drive away. Outside of the windshield issue, this store was very good. Communication was stellar and customer service was also good. I will provide more details and adjust my review if needed and when appropriate.

I must say when it comes to customer experience, you cannot beat the team at Enterprise on Gratiot and 16 mile rd. Being in an accident is traumatic and quite the hassle so the last thing one needs is a long, drawn-out situation with renting a car. I was in an accident on Saturday and in an Enterprise car first thing Monday morning. They knew about my claim and all of the paperwork was in order before I walked through the door; it literally took 5 minutes and I was on my way to work.... did not miss a beat. That is how a company should operate. Mia and her staff were friendly, helpful and swift. Thank you!!!

I love renting from here. They have good pricing. The only complaints would be their cars are poor maintenanced. Always drivable but... Also they charge you for days they arent open if you have a car and want to turn it in on a day they are closed. The last time I rented a car I had to pay for 3 extra days because it was a holiday weekend with Monday being the day of the holiday. I wasnt pleased about it but needed the car. They are always helpful and friendly inside the store here in Clinton township.

Giving 5 stars so people will read...but renter beware.Go to Hertz and get a better car and a better price and a cleaner car. Mia the manager is not very good at fixing customers issues. Her office in my opinion has filthy cars bad service and when the check engine light comes on the worn out hi mileage car they rented you they will not give you a receipt for your expense report and allege you damaged the car and give you attitude, and put a hold on your credit card!!! Complained to corporate stay away.
